Scripps Pier 2018.
I just got this dropped off at Misfit and it looks better than I could have imagined.
Twice a year, photographers clamor shoulder to shoulder under the Scripps Pier to get the shot of the sun setting through the pilings. Yes, a rad shot but I was looking for something a bit different.
And I got it in several ways. The only other person around was a dude sleeping in the bushes (on a couch?) halfway up the hill. I barely got my camera bag up there…a couch?
The deep snores and scattered empty booze bottle assured my privacy so I got to work and shot for over an hour. I haven’t seen this angle yet so I hope you enjoy it.
This 20×30 floating metal print is SOLD but any size can be ordered and shipped within a week.
